Sunday Maker is built by a maker, for makers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

Sunday Maker is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide:

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account or join the waitlist.
• Waitlist information: your name, email, craft interests, and how you heard about Sunday Maker when you join the waitlist before creating an account.
• Content you submit: formulas, notes, job data, feedback, product requests, and other content you create or submit while using the platform.
• Communications: messages you send us through feedback forms or support tickets.

Usage data we collect automatically:

• IP address, browser type, device type, and basic analytics data when you visit the site.
• Pages visited and features used within the platform.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

• Operate and improve Sunday Maker and its tools.
• Manage your account and authenticate your access.
• Send you platform updates, invite notifications, and important account communications.
• Review and respond to feedback, bug reports, and support requests.
• Understand how the platform is being used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party services to operate the platform, including:

• Firebase (authentication and database storage) — Google
• Vercel (hosting and deployment)
• Analytics services (to understand platform usage)

These services have their own privacy policies and may process your data as part of providing their services.

Some vendor and supplier links on Sunday Maker may include affiliate tracking parameters. If you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Waitlist data is retained until you register or request deletion. If you delete your account, your personal information and user-generated content (formulas, jobs, notes) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

7. ACCOUNT DELETION

To delete your account, contact us at hello@sundaymaker.com with the subject line "Delete my account." We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days of your request.

8. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Sunday Maker after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
