1. PLATFORM PURPOSE

Sunday Maker provides tools, idea generators, vendor directories, supply search, and educational resources for makers and small creative businesses. All content is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCESS

Sunday Maker is currently invite-only. Access is granted at our sole discretion. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Waitlist signup is open to anyone 18 or older. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.

3. EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY

Information on Sunday Maker — including fragrance usage rates, IFRA categories, cost calculations, pricing suggestions, and idea generators — is general guidance only. It is not professional, legal, regulatory, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all information with official supplier documentation and performing your own testing before selling or distributing any products.

4. USER CONTENT

When you submit content to Sunday Maker — including formulas, job data, notes, feedback, or product requests — you confirm you have the right to share that content. You grant Sunday Maker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content to operate and improve the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND VENDORS

Sunday Maker may display information about third-party vendors and suppliers, including product descriptions, images, and specifications. This content remains the property of the original vendor. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always refer to the vendor's official website for current information.

6. MAKER STUDIO PRICING AND COST TOOLS

Calculated costs, pricing suggestions, and margin estimates produced by Maker Studio tools are estimates only. They are based on the data you enter and are provided for organizational convenience. Sunday Maker is not responsible for business losses, pricing errors, or financial decisions made using information from these tools. Always verify your costs and pricing independently.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use Sunday Maker for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from Sunday Maker without written permission.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Upload or submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users or the operation of the platform.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sunday Maker at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform, its users, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. NO WARRANTIES

Sunday Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information will always be accurate or current.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sunday Maker, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to business losses, product failures, pricing errors, or regulatory issues.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sunday Maker will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sunday Maker after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
